L100 Peristaltic Pump (100mm – 4” )

The L100 Peristaltic Pump features a 100mm internal diameter hose and is supplied as standard in mild steel with a galvanised finish. It includes 4” Victaulic connections in 316 stainless steel and comes with a high-quality hose selected for compatibility with the pumped fluid, along with our specially formulated hose lubricant. The L100 can handle soft solids up to 80mm and hard solids up to 15mm. Depending on configuration, it delivers a continuous flow rate of up to 46,800 litres per hour, or 62,400 litres per hour for intermittent use.

This larger model is commonly used in wastewater and treatment for pumping sewerage and sludge, in mining and extraction industries for sludge and material like thickener underflow slurry and scrubber recirculation, and also agri-food for animal waste and fish processing.

Full configuration options are available in the Option Summary.

Peristaltic Pumps
Pump Advantages
Reduce friction and heat

Enviroflex Peristaltic Pumps employ a roller to compress the hose and not the more usual shoe. This reduces friction and heat in the hose, increasing hose life while reducing energy requirement.

Greater volume

Across the size range, most of the L series displace a greater volume of fluid per revolution than other pumps of the same hose bore size. This allows the pump to run more slowly for the same given flow, extending hose life and reducing pulsation.

Reduced spares cost

Pumped fluid is completely contained within the hose element (with no gaskets, seals, balls or rotors to wear or clog), reducing spares and cost, and typically lowering maintenance times compared to other pump technologies.
