Peristaltic Pumps
L80 Peristaltic Pump (80mm – 3”)
The L80 Peristaltic Pump features a 80mm internal diameter hose and is supplied as standard in mild steel with a galvanised finish. It includes 3” BSPT connections in 316 stainless steel and comes with a high-quality hose selected for compatibility with the pumped fluid, along with our specially formulated hose lubricant. The L80 can handle soft solids up to 64mm and hard solids up to 12mm. Depending on configuration, it delivers a continuous flow rate of up to 25,893 litres per hour, or 36,990 litres per hour for intermittent use.
This larger model is well suited to waste and water treatment applications such as transferring primary sewage and sludge or feeding filter presses. It is also used for handling liquid mortar, concrete, animal waste, fruit pulp, and fish slurry.
Full configuration options are available in the Option Summary.

Pump Advantages
Reduce friction and heat
Enviroflex Peristaltic Pumps employ a roller to compress the hose and not the more usual shoe. This reduces friction and heat in the hose, increasing hose life while reducing energy requirement.
Greater volume
Across the size range, most of the L series displace a greater volume of fluid per revolution than other pumps of the same hose bore size. This allows the pump to run more slowly for the same given flow, extending hose life and reducing pulsation.
Reduced spares cost
Pumped fluid is completely contained within the hose element (with no gaskets, seals, balls or rotors to wear or clog), reducing spares and cost, and typically lowering maintenance times compared to other pump technologies.
